Touch&Play Cancellation/Refund Policies

(Revised 4/8/19)

$75 of your total payment is a non-refundable deposit fee.

Cancellation on or before June 25, 2019:

Full Refunds are available (less a $75 processing fee + any paypal fees) up to 14 days before the event

After June 25, 2019:

Partial Refund of 50% of your payment (less any paypal fees) will be given if you give notice between 13 and 7 day(s) before the event *

After July 2, 2019:

No credit or refund is available if you cancel within 6 days *; or if you do not show up; or if you leave the event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend the event and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

* With the exception of extenuating circumstances (such as a death in the family or an accident) in which case a Full Refund is available (less a $75 processing fee + any paypal fees)

During the Festival, we the organizers prioritize the right to protect the safety of all participants and staff.   Anyone who compromises that safety will be asked to leave with no refunds given.
