Building Intimacy and Connection Through Kink

Intimacy, with ourselves and others, requires listening with curiosity, noticing whatever is happening in our body, and staying open to the unknown. From that place, we can respond authentically to the moment-to-moment truths as they arise. BDSM offers ways to build our capacity to listen, connect, and respond while in a state of heightened awareness to intention, sensation, and communication. This class includes discussion and experiential exercises. There will be opportunities to explore power and surrender through D/S dynamics and to play with subtle-to-bold sensations in the body. No prior BDSM experience is necessary.
